ไหลเรือไฟ
เป็นประเพณีที่ยิ่งใหญ่และขึ้นหน้าขึ้นตาของจังหวัดริมฝั่งแม่น้ำโขงโดยเฉพาะจังหวัดนครพนมจัดขึ้นในช่วงออกพรรษา (วันขึ้น ๑๕ ค่ำเดือน ๑๑) ในราวเดือนตุลาคมเพื่อบูชาพระพุทธเจ้า

Lai Rua Fai (Illuminated Boat Procession), Northeast
   Isan (northeastern) people living along Khong river bank celebrate Lai Rua Fai, or Illuminated Boat Procession, every year during the post-Buddhist Lent (the full moon day or 1st day of the waning moon in 11th lunar month).
