Instruction

    Click on the independent vowels to hear how each vowel is pronounced.   Repeat after each till you recognize each vowel and its sound.

Note:

	Independent vowels are known as /sraq phn) tue/ (complete vowel) because they incorporate both an initial consonant and a vowel.  Independent vowels ឥ ឦ ឧ ឪ ឯ ព្ធ ានដ   ឱ ិនចលុដេ ាន ិនិតិាល /ឆ្ផ/ ានដ ារេ លិសតដេ ិន តហេ ៀថថិចិាល ដិចតិៀនារយ ាលៀនង ឹិតហ ៀតហរេ ឹៀរដស តហាត ារេ សផលេលដេ ឹិតហ ាន ិនិតិាល អ  ានដ តហេ ឆេុិឆិុវាលនេត វៀឹលេ។
	Independent vowel ប្ញ and ឬ   include an initial /r/ and are listed in the official dictionary along with an initial រ  and the equivalent vowel.
	Independent vowel ព្ញ   and   ឮ   includes an initial /l/ and are listed in the official dictionary along with an initial consonant ល.
