Ingredients: 8 oz of lean beef 1/2 cup of thin-sliced shallot 1/2 cup of mint leaves 2 stalks of lemon glass sliced into thin pieces 5 hot green Thai chili peppers 1/4 cup of lime juice 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro leaves 1/4 cup of fish sauce |
Instructions Roast the beef until it's well done, and then slice into thin pieces. Put the lemon grass, chili peppers, shallot, and mix with the beef. Add lime juice and fish sauce. Sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve with such fresh vegetables as green lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. |
