Bomb

The place of occurrence was a large factory for bottling cooking gas.  It is situated on a 5 rai parcel of land with a closely set fence entirely surrounding.  It holds a quantity of gas stored for bottling in excess of 5,000 kilograms.  The area in which filled tanks are kept waiting distribution is constructed as a free standing metal roofed building of one story.  In it were more than 100 gas tanks set out.  A pink, plastic box for storing food was found among them, 10 inches wide, 14 inches long, 4 inches high.  It was wrapped top and bottom with brown cloth tape.  On the lid of the box was found afixed a red alarm clock with the alarm hand set at 12:00 hours.  On the right corner there was an electric wire sticking out disappearing into the interior of the box.
