| Vat Pak Ou
(Fomberteaux, E.F.E.O. 1930) According to legend, Pak Ou built by King Say Setthathirath in 1575, although the viharn, religious buildings, carved decorations of the pediment and doors are in the 18th and 19th century styles. Since its reconstruction under the rule of King Sisavang Vong at the beginning of the XXth century, the viharn was expanded by the addition of lean-to structures.
