Kuzi Ayam Kelantan
Preparation and cooking time : 45 mins Ingredients:
Directions: 1. Blend ingredients A. Add in Curry Nasi kandar Mix and mix well. Set aside for 20 minutes. 2. Heat oil and stir fry ingredients A until aromatic. Add chicken pieces and tomato ketchup. Fry for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in evaporated milk, chicken stock cube, water, raisins, and fried shallots. Bring to boil, simmer gently until chicken is tender. 4. Stir in 'kerisek', salt and sugar to taste. Garnish with coriander and cashew nuts.
